Return policy

Products from the shop

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Let us know by email at info@cdk-company.com within those 14 days, then send the product back within 14 days after that. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning is yours. We refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days after we receive the return, using the same payment method.

Tickets for classes and events

Tickets for classes, workshops and events are for a specific date and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal (article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). Tickets cannot be returned or refunded unless the class or event is cancelled by CDK Company, in which case we refund the ticket price. Tickets may be transferred to someone else; email us the new name before the event.

Memberships and subscriptions

Memberships run per month and can be cancelled with the notice period stated on the Subscriptions page. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.
